The Apartment
Located in an apartment building right in the middle of Wenceslas Square, you are in the heart of Prague. Wenceslas Square is one of the most popular areas of Prague as it has it all; an exciting nightlife, great shopping and beautiful historic buildings. Just five minutes walk away is the Old Town with it's amazing Old Town Square and stunning architecture, great restaurants and cafes.
This really is the perfect location to explore all that Prague has to offer.
This spacious two bedroom apartment offers a very comfortable space for up to six people. There is a living area combined with the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living area has comfortable seating providing a sofabed and armchairs, a television with cable channels and a DVD player.
The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffemaker, kettle and all the cutlery and crockery you will need.
The twin bedrooms have two single beds in each that can be made up into a double bed. There are bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath with shower over, hand basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet. A hair dryer is also provided. A washing machine /dryer is also available for your use.
A 7th guest can be accommodated on a temporary foldaway bed.

- Please note all apartments are priced in euros, and are quoted only approximately in any other currency.
- A deposit is payable upon booking
- 3 night minimum bookings, add 50% of the nightly rate for 2 night bookings, or for late checkouts (subject to availability)
- 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more

- Each apartment has a one off cleaning fee of EUR 25
- All our apartments are non smoking.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- There is a 4 day minimum stay during the Easter period and a 5 night minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
- The remaining balance of your rental will be automatically requested from your credit card, 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is received within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- On arrival a EUR 150 security deposit will be required, per apartment booked. This security deposit will be requested in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card. The full amount will then be refunded to your card no later than 7 days after your departure date, providing no damage has been caused to the apartment or disruption made to other guests.
- In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply. - If you cancel within 15-28 days of your your arrival date you will receive a refund equivalent to 75% of the remaining balance
- If you cancel within 8-14 days of your arrival date you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the total rental amount.
