The Apartment
This apartment is located only a few steps from the Charles Bridge, near the Vltava river, in a picturesque square near the Franz Kafka museum.
This area has it all...cafes, restaurants, great shopping, and the fact that most of Pragues sights and attractions are within easy walking distance.
This nice newly reconstructed apartment consists of two separated bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (with bath) and balcony (only in first floor apartment). It is equipped with sat TV, under floor heating, electric window-blind etc.
Sleeping a maximum of 6 people, bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single convertible bed and also a lounge area with chairs and satellite television. Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs.
Please note there are two similar apartments in this building, one is on ground floor and one on 1st floor (no lift). You must specify if you require one particular apartment.
Internet access is provided free of charge in this apartment.

- A deposit is payable upon booking
- 3 night minimum bookings, add 50% of the nightly rate for 2 night bookings, or for late checkouts (subject to availability)
- 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more

- Each apartment has a one off cleaning fee of EUR 25
- All our apartments are non smoking.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit on our Prague apartments will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
If you cancel your holiday apartments in Prague within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
