This stylish top floor one bedroom apartment is furnished with modern flair and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a double sofa bed, comfortable chair, coffee table, lamps, and a TV with international satellite channels and a DVD player.There is WiFi internet access available at a charge of EUR 5 per day. Also in this room is a dining table and three chairs. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor. and a pitched roof with sky light windows.
The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwaher, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed, single bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and armchair
The bathroom has a toilet, bath with shower attachment, hand basin and a washer dryer.

- Each apartment has a one off cleaning fee of EUR 25

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay. There seems to be a problem inserting content here - please contact the site administrator.
