The Apartment
Fantastic location, in the heart of Old Town Prague. Our Old Town Square apartments are located just a couple of minutes from the majesty and beauty of Old Town Square, with its fantastic historical buildings, including the Astronomical Clock. These apartments are also just minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, with its lively shops, cafes, restaurants and night-life.
We have 5 two and three bedroomed apartments in this building. The building has a lift, but there are a few stairs up or down to your apartment from the lift. All apartments have central heating, satellite TV and internet access.
Apartment 9 is 75 square metre, 2 bedroomed apartment, 2 bathroom situated on the 4th floor. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
This apartment has a small balcony.
There are 2 separate bedrooms (one also has the living area with sofas and television). One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and single bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom – one with bath and wc, the second with shower and wc.
The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a dining table and chairs.
These apartments are perfect for guests seeking a quiet apartment in the very heart of Old Town Prague.

- A deposit is payable upon booking
- 3 night minimum bookings, add 50% of the nightly rate for 2 night bookings, or for late checkouts (subject to availability)
- 10% discount for stays of 5 nights or more
- FREE TAXI TRANSFER ON ARRIVAL
- Each apartment has a one off cleaning fee of EUR 25
- All our apartments are non smoking.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter the following cancellation charges will apply.
If you cancel within 4 weeks prior to arrival you will be charged an additional 50% of the value of the total stay.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
